Communication Club (conversation partners) - Join for the fall!


Be a conversation partner for a UCI Extension international student, September through early December. English Corner

Mondays beginning September 27, 2010 at 5:30pm, International Center
The English Corner is a conversational program that allows international students to improve conversational skills while discussing current events in small groups.  Meet international students and scholars from around the world and gain exposure to multiple perspectives on current events, both local and global.  Everyone is welcome!  For more information contact the International Center.

International Pub Night

Every Thursday night at the Anteater Pub & Grille in the UCI Student Center.  Meet international students, study abroad returnees, residents from the International Village, members of the International Club and more! Everyone is welcome! International Students over 21, be sure to bring your UCI ID and passport to be served.

Did you study abroad in Asia? Are you missing it?  Help us spread the word about how great Asia is and why everyone should travel there!  You can bring your photos, videos, and friends. We'll bring lots of great food and travel prizes.  To volunteer or just find out more information, visit us in the STA Travel office in the UCI Student Center and speak with Jami or Kim.  We'll also be posting event details on our Facebook Group: STA Travel Irvine/Orange County.
