Drama Majors Study Abroad

Recently Approved UCEAP Drama Practice Courses

In a recent trip to partnering UK schools in England, Scotland and Ireland, we have established equivalencies for upper division practice courses in acting, physical theater, devising, musical theater, stand-up comedy, and more. There is also an extensive array of academic theory and literature courses at each university that will satisfy UCI upper division Drama requirements. These partner universities are marked with an asterisk in the lists below

Given the academic demands of the UK system and the exciting proximity to live professional performances in London and Glasgow/Edinburgh we have selected schools that fit varying interests and GPAs of UCI drama students. If you are interested in further insight about the content of specific classes or the atmosphere of specific universities, contact the Drama faculty UCEAP liaison, Professor Annie Loui (amloui@uci.edu) or your academic counselor. If you need further information about the cost, schedule, or deadlines of these programs, please contact the Study Abroad Center (studyabroad@uci.edu).
