UC Systemwide Programs (UCEAP)

UC Systemwide Programs (UCEAP) are the programs offered by and exclusively for all UC students at any UC campuses.  Please Note: Students interested in UCEAP programs beginning in summer 2021 and beyond should NOT take any action until Welcome Week, September 28, 2020.  The UCEAP website and application portal are still under construction.

  • You can choose from hundreds of programs available in more than 40 countries.
  • You participate on programs with other UC students.  On some programs you also study with local and/or international students.
  • Programs are available for all majors.
  • Financial aid goes with you and adjusts to the total cost of your program.
  • Credit will appear on your UCI transcript just as if you took the classes at UCI.
  • You can fulfill UCI degree requirements (major, minor, or GE) .
  • You can take coursework in English or another language.
  • You can go abroad for an academic year, semester, quarter or summer.
  • You can compliment your studies abroad with internships, research, and volunteer opportunities.
