Information for Providers and Partner Universities:

Thank you for your interest in sharing your programs with UC Irvine. UCI’s Study Abroad Center is the main contact for UCI students interested in global opportunities. See Program Options for a quick overview of the various opportunities available for UCI students.

Guidelines for UCEAP Partners:

If you are from a UCEAP partner institution abroad, you should contact us for details on how to plan your visit.

Guidelines For other Providers:

If you represent an institution, program or organization that is not part of UCEAP, read below for details on ways in which you can promote your programs.

  • Register to attend our annual fall Go Abroad Fair.
  • Host an info table/booth on Ring Mall. Contact Student Center & Event Services to arrange an information table in the Student Center Ring. There are fees associated with reservations, tables, etc.
  • Host a virtual information session. Email us about it at least one month in advance and we can add it to our Events page and market the event to UCI students.

Please note that here at UCI, it’s helpful the below when promoting your programs:

  • Locations or opportunities beyond those offered by UCEAP
  • Program costs comparable to UC with the opportunity to receive grants & scholarships
  • Experiential learning and/or a community/cohort feeling
  • Shorter time frames (summer, quarter or semester)
  • That all UCI students must receive approval to participate in global programs via our UCIAbroad portal
